• Names its pharmacy. Not applicable: the medication comes from the manufacturer.
• Publishes its ongoing price. Partly. The advertised figure is $149 and the billed figure is $448 — The membership and the medication are two separate bills. A $39 first month does not mean a $39 prescription.
