Cheapest GLP-1 without insurance
Cash-pay only: no coverage, no prior authorisation, no insurer. What each programme charges and what it includes.
Updated 2026-09-18 · Prices verified independently
If you have no coverage, or your insurer has already said no, the calculation is simple: which programme delivers medication for the smallest monthly number without an insurer involved at all.
We have deliberately excluded the programmes built around insurance coordination here. They can be excellent — but their value depends entirely on a claim being approved, and a fee for insurance advocacy is dead weight if you are paying cash regardless.
What qualifies for this list
- Cash-pay programmes where the medication is included in the monthly price.
- Programmes whose main value is insurance coordination are excluded — see the insurance page for those.
- No prior authorisation or coverage approval required to get the quoted price.
11 of the 21 providers we track qualify. Prices verified 2026-09-18 and re-checked periodically.

Common questions
Can I get a GLP-1 without insurance at all?
Yes. Every programme on this page is cash-pay and does not bill insurance. You will still need a prescription from a licensed clinician, which is included in the price.
Are HSA or FSA cards accepted?
Commonly yes — several providers accept them explicitly, which effectively pays with pre-tax dollars. Check with the specific provider before assuming.
Would Medicare be cheaper?
For eligible beneficiaries, almost certainly. From 1 July 2026 CMS is running a programme giving eligible Part D members certain GLP-1s for $50 a month, which undercuts every cash price here.
